Manufacturing Stages

Hydraulic tubes are cylindrical pipes that connect various components within hydraulic systems, enabling fluid flow. They are manufactured using a cold-drawn precision finishing process, which ensures seamless uniformity, dimensional accuracy, and high strength. Due to these properties, hydraulic tubes are a common choice for high-performance hydraulic systems.

The tube manufacturing process consists of several sequential stages that ensure high quality, precision, and long service life:

  1. Tube selection

  2. Tube preparation

  3. Tube bending

  4. Ferrule and fitting crimping

  5. Quality control and testing

Each stage is carried out in accordance with established standards and the customer’s technical requirements.

Tube Selection

For each project, we select the most suitable type of tube based on operating conditions, pressure requirements, the working medium, and environmental exposure.

We offer the following main tube options:

  • Galvanized tubes – corrosion-resistant and suitable for use in standard and humid environments.

  • Phosphated tubes – provide improved adhesion for protective coatings and increased surface corrosion resistance.

  • Non-phosphated (black) steel tubes – a cost-effective solution for dry or protected systems.

  • Stainless steel tubes – the optimal choice for aggressive or corrosive environments where maximum durability and cleanliness are required.

If you are unsure which tube type is best suited for your equipment, our specialists will help you select the optimal solution based on operating conditions and technical requirements.

Tube Preparation

The received tubes are cut into blanks of the required length. End cleaning and burr removal are performed.
Precise preparation ensures high-quality subsequent bending and ferrule crimping.

Tube Bending

Tube bending is a core part of our service.
Based on customer drawings or samples, tubes are bent into precise shapes.

At this stage, we ensure:

  • accurate control of bending angles and bend radii,

  • a uniform surface without cracks or wall thinning,

  • consistency across the entire production batch.

We bend tubes of various diameters made from steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum alloys.

If required, we perform trial bending and prototype production to verify form and geometric accuracy before serial manufacturing.

End Forming and Cutting Ring Assembly

After tube bending, the tube ends are prepared for secure and leak-tight connection with other system components.

Most commonly, metric series nuts and cutting rings (compression rings) are assembled onto the tubes. The cutting ring is positioned inside the nut and forms a reliable, pressure-tight connection widely used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

If required, we also manufacture tubes with other types of connections, including flanged, threaded, or custom-designed fittings, according to customer technical requirements.

Quality Control and Testing

Each manufactured tube is inspected in accordance with dimensional accuracy, form, and surface quality requirements.
Our goal is to ensure that every product is not only technically precise, but also reliable in operation—both under standard and more demanding working conditions
