As part of this check, We may also send a follow-up message to the contact telephone number (SMS) or email address provided in the registration form requesting an authorisation action. If the verification procedure is unsuccessful (e.g. the profile data provided by you does not match the data provided in the registration form or you do not authorise the SMS or email message), We will be obliged to conclude that you are not the data subject of the requested data and will be obliged to reject the request submitted by you. Upon receipt of your request for the exercise of any of your rights and upon successful completion of the above verification procedure, we undertake to provide you with information on the action we have taken in response to your request without undue delay, but in any event no later than one month from the date of receipt of your request and the conclusion of the verification procedure. Taking into account the complexity and number of requests, We have the right to extend the one-month period by a further two months by informing You before the end of the first month and stating the reasons for such extension. If Your request is made by electronic means, We will also respond to You by electronic means, unless this is not possible (e.g. due to the extremely large volume of information) or if You ask Us to respond in another way. We will refuse your request with a reasoned reply where the circumstances set out in the legislation are established, and we will inform you in writing.

VALIDITY AND AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY. This Policy is effective from 1 January 2020. If we change this Policy, we will post an updated version on the Website.
