Description
Nordhydraulic FKA283 / EV2552 is a flow control valve designed for the I02Q and I06Q Q-type inlet sections of the RS210 sectional directional control valve.
The FKA283 is part of the RS210 Q-function. Together with a calibrated PF metering orifice, it defines the regulated flow through the valve’s centre gallery. During idle operation, a small regulated flow passes through the valve while excess pump flow is routed directly to tank. When a working spool is operated, the full pump flow becomes available to the hydraulic function. This arrangement helps reduce pressure losses and heat generation.
