Description

Fixed-temperature thermostat with a 450 mm long probe, designed to control oil temperature in a tank or other fluid reservoir. The long temperature probe is immersed in the tank and responds to changes in oil temperature.

The thermostat has a switching temperature of 70 °C. When the set temperature is reached, the NC (Normally Closed) contact changes its state – under normal conditions the contact remains closed and opens when the switching temperature is reached. This allows the thermostat to be used in oil heating, cooling or protective control circuits where electrical equipment needs to be switched off once the specified temperature is reached.

The fixed 70 °C switching temperature requires no additional temperature adjustment, making the thermostat suitable for simple and reliable temperature control systems in hydraulic power units and oil tanks.
