Description

HydroRope™ is a new-generation high tensile hydraulic hose designed for extreme-duty applications where conventional hoses fail due to tensile loading. This technology represents a significant advancement in hydraulic hose design and is specifically engineered to address premature hose failure caused by axial forces.

HydroRope™ offers exceptional tensile strength and minimal elongation, even under severe static and dynamic loads. This prevents internal damage such as micro-cracks and tearing, which are common failure modes in traditional hydraulic hoses.

Its unique construction incorporates multiple layers of high tensile steel spirals combined with an additional steel wire braid, actively resisting elongation and protecting the internal structure of the hose.
