Description

This is a single steel wire braid reinforced hydraulic hose, designed for use in low and medium pressure hydraulic systems, especially in extreme temperature conditions. It is used in hydraulic lines (e.g., engine compartments, compressors, foundries) for conveying oil, glycols, transmission fluids, and air with oil mist.

Construction:

  • Inner layer: oil-resistant synthetic rubber
  • Reinforcement: one high tensile steel wire braid (1SN)
  • Outer layer: resistant to UV, ozone, and environmental impact
  • Blue cover (BLUE)

  • Inner diameter: DN10 (3/8″)
  • Working pressure: 130 bar
  • Standards: EN 853 1SN, SAE 100R1
  • Operating temperature: approx. -55°C to +135°C (up to +150°C peak)
