Description
OMT ND7 aluminium flexible coupling set designed to connect an electric motor to a Group 2 hydraulic gear pump in hydraulic power units. The coupling transmits torque from the electric motor to the hydraulic pump, while the intermediate flexible element helps dampen vibrations and compensate for minor shaft misalignment.
The set consists of two aluminium coupling halves and a flexible connecting element. The ND65A motor-side coupling half is designed for a 19 mm electric motor shaft, while the ND65P2 pump-side coupling half is suitable for a Group 2 hydraulic pump with a 1:8 tapered shaft. The R-62 rubber element provides flexible torque transmission between the coupling halves.
The coupling is designed for 0.55–0.75 kW electric motors with IEC frame size 80, operating at a nominal speed of 1450 rpm. Its lightweight aluminium construction makes it suitable for hydraulic power unit drive assemblies.
