Description
The K31 50.80×60.32×9.5 is a high-pressure hydraulic rod seal designed for sealing hydraulic cylinder rods in demanding applications. The seal consists of three components: a polyurethane (PU) sealing element, an NBR elastomer energizer, and a POM anti-extrusion backup ring, providing reliable sealing performance at pressures up to 630 bar.
The polyurethane sealing lip offers excellent wear resistance, while the NBR energizer maintains constant sealing force against the rod surface. The POM backup ring prevents seal extrusion under high-pressure conditions, ensuring long service life and reliable operation.
K31 seals are widely used in mobile hydraulics, construction equipment, mining machinery, agricultural equipment, and industrial hydraulic cylinders.
